Well, this is just another tragic accident at the River Street Hwy One intersection. The congestion in this area has gotten way out of control. The causes are numerous. All seem to be violating traffic rules. The traffic fixes are not even on the drawing board. Not only that, I hear, there is a ‘Habitat’ on the San Lorenzo River side of River Street were all the eucalyptus is so the road can’t be widened there. The area is a real problem and every citizen that uses that crossroads needs to take responsibility for his or her behavior there.
